Meet the close-knit team of educators at Tiny Toadstools FS&K supporting your child
Hello, my name is Heather and I am the founder of Tiny Toadstools FS&K. I am passionate about delivering high quality childcare where children learn best…the great outdoors! Setting up TT has been a labour of love and I have put my heart and soul into our provision. Using my extensive experience in the early years we have been able to create a space that is calm and nurturing where children are free to be children. I have been a certified forest school leader since 2021 and hold a L3 in EYE.
This is Sarah our Deputy Manager & SENCO. Sarah is L3 qualified in early years education and is working towards her L3 SENCO award. Sarah supports the needs of children with special educational needs & disabilities, ensuring they get inclusive and equal opportunities to thrive.
Here’s Hayley, one of our Kindergarten Educators. Hayley holds a L3 in early years education and has more than 19th worth of experience. Hayley is also our curriculum lead, helping to plan a diverse curriculum to support our toadies development.
This is Lucy, another Kindergarten Educator who holds a L3 in early years education. Lucy is also our family coordinator, giving advice to parents and organising events.
Meet Zoe, our home ed group leader. Zoe is a qualified teacher with a background in music and drama. Zoe holds a L3 forest school leadership qualification and is passionate about outdoor learning.
Meet Misha, another of our Kindergarten Educator. Misha holds a L2 in childcare & education and has almost completed her L3 diploma. Misha is also our positive behaviour & wellbeing specialist, as her passion is supporting children to explore their emotions and to work together to feel regulated.
